Coordinate EWIRDB support with country desk officers, Intelligence Community (IC), Reprogramming Centers (RC) and Security Assistance Organizations.

Conduct Technical Coordination Meting (TCM) to determine customer requirements.

Brief customers on the FMS EWIRDB approval process.

Research and analyze regional threat environment to support customer requests.

Identify candidate emitters for Mission Data Set (MDS) development.

Compile and submit customer requirements to the IC for approval.

Centralize cross service requests to support multiple programs.

Review and consolidate IC response.

Deliver approved response to RC and/or FMS customer for MDS development.

Furnish customer feedback.

Provide Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) support to Security Assistance Organizations.

Ensure distribution of LOA funding to process participants.
